Kustomer brand redesign. Our updated logo and brand identity system reflect our growth and innovation while preserving the core values and brand equity that define us.
A new modern, flexible, and fun Kustomer logo
Our original logo has served us well, introducing Kusty who symbolized our mission to reimagine customer service. Its bold design and distinctive coral color have been synonymous with our dynamic approach and our dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences. But as we’ve grown and evolved, so too must our brand.
Introducing our new identity—a fresh, modern design that embodies Kustomer’s mission and vision for the future. We’ve given our playful, smiling icon, Kusty, a modern update while staying true to his original roots.
Kusti is your loyal customer. He is the embodiment of effortless delightful experiences that we enable across the world. With his beaming grin and simple content expression he is both supported and satisfied. His cheerful sunshine yellow color expresses the optimism, energy, and warmth he has received enabled by our experience.
Our Kustomer logo re-introduces Kusti embedded directly into the name - replacing the "u". Along with a lowercase "k" and letterforms that mimic Kusti's smile, our updated logo showcases our values of putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

The Design Fundamentals
Our energized color palette leads with warm Sunshine Yellow that is friendly, energized, and boldly identifiable.
Pairing with our signature brand Yellow is a Periwinkle and a dark Slate Green, creating a brand palette that communicates delight, innovation, trust.
Our headline font is a
storybook-esque font called Quincy. The approachable
rounded serif adds a narrative quality to our brand and reinforces that behind every support interaction is human story with arc of resolution. The letterforms contain small variations and flourishes that add to its personality, while retaining its clarity and legibility. Its warm charm reinforces our dedication to creating exceptional experiences for customers.
We use a timeless
sans serif body font to balance the type system. It's high legibility and versatility showcases our messaging. Our layouts use grids, ample white space, and light lines to create clarity and precision. Imagery and graphic elements use a mixture of straight edges and curved shapes to reinforce the harmony of technology and human impact.
